Authority to use the trademark including authority to use of Miriam Makeba's personality rights , are formally obtained from Siyandisa Music (PTY) Ltd, being part of Siyandisa Music (PTY) Ltd' exclusive bouquet of Miriam Makeba intellectual property rights available for license. Siyandisa Music (PTY) Ltd is the ZM Makeba Trust's wholly owned exclusive licensee of all Miriam Makeba's intellectual property rights.
